Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to services provided by I Do By Liv ("we," "us," or "Liv") and to your use of this website. By booking services or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide on-location bridal and special-event hairstyling in Colorado, Florida, and beyond. Final pricing depends on the services selected, party size, location, and timing, and will be confirmed before booking.

Booking & Payment

• A 25% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract are required to reserve your date.
• The remaining balance is due one week before your wedding or event.
• Online payment is preferred, and payment is made as a single balance for the booking rather than split individually.
• On-location travel is billed at $35/hour. Add-ons (extensions, blow-dry, early-start fee) are quoted in advance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

The deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to accommodate your new date subject to availability. Cancellations do not entitle you to a refund of the deposit.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide an accurate getting-ready timeline and final headcount ahead of the event.
• Ensure a suitable space (seating, outlet, and lighting) is available on-site.
• Communicate any allergies, sensitivities, or special requests in advance.

Photography

We may photograph completed hairstyles for our portfolio and social media. If you prefer your photos not be used, simply let us know in writing.

Limitation of Liability

We take great care with every client. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for those services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
